Work package 5: Influence of mhtt in dorsal or ventral striatum towards cognitive, psychiatric and motor symptoms and neuropathology including neuroimaging as well as wet biomarkers

We will establish a causal link between mhtt expression in the medial or lateral hypothalamus and metabolic disturbances, non-motor symptoms, neuroendocrine changes and potential biomarkers.
